How our branding photography services work
1. Planning
It all starts with my Brand Workbook. This helps me get to know you, your business, your marketing messages and your dream clients.
It means I can create the images you know you need, plus a few you probably hadn’t thought of yet.
2. Before the shoot
We meet on Zoom to plan your shoot in detail. We’ll talk through locations, outfits, props and styling so everything feels clear and organised.
Once that’s done, you can relax knowing you’re fully prepared.
For an extra confidence boost, you can also choose to book professional hair and makeup.
3. Day of the shoot
This is where the fun happens.
I’ll guide you throughout the shoot so you always know what to do and feel comfortable in front of the camera.
We’ll create a variety of images that give a real feel for what it’s like to work with you.

FAQs on our branding photography services
What happens after the shoot?
All photos are fully edited and will be sent to you to download around 2 weeks after your shoot.
What do we do about the weather if we are shooting outdoors?
The good old UK’s weather can be so unpredictable, so it’s important to have a back up plan.
On the run up to your shoot I will be checking the forecast. If it looks like its going to be a washout we can always rearrange the shoot for better weather.
Will I need to have my brand colours sorted before the shoot?
Yes, you’ll need to have these sorted in advance of your shoot.
You need to be consistent in your marketing and we use your brand colours in your shoot to help pull everything together.
If you used reds and black in your shoot and later decide to use blue and grey as your brand colours, your images, as lovely as they are, will be useless as they don’t match your brand. This will be confusing for clients and confused clients don’t buy.
What are your methods for finding locations?
Finding and choosing locations is a collaboration between both of us. As you know your area better than myself, you may have in mind some locations that you would like your session to take place. I can then check these out to make sure they are perfect.
Do you offer retouching
Yes I do. I can do as much or as little as you need.
I will not, however, make you look plastic or fake in any way.
Your photos need to be a true representation of you, but with a little bit of sparkle added in.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different — and so are their photography needs. That’s why all my packages are tailored to fit you, your goals, and how you want to show up online.
The best way to get an accurate idea of what would work for you is to hop on a quick, no-obligation chat with me (I promise it’s friendly, not scary!).

This is perfect for you if you’re thinking,
“I just need some bloody good photos… but I also don’t want to feel awkward as hell.”
We’ll spend up to an hour together creating relaxed, natural images that actually feel like you — not some stiff, forced version you don’t recognise.
There’s time for up to 2 outfit changes, so we can show a couple of different sides of your business (and yes… we’ll pick the most flattering angles, don’t worry).
You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to feel confident walking in.
That’s my job.
If you need a breather, we pause.
If something doesn’t feel right, we change it.
If your hair’s doing something weird — I’ll fix it.
By the end of it, you’ll be thinking:
“Why the hell did I put this off for so long?”
You’ll then receive your online gallery and choose your favourite 20 images — with the option to grab more if you fall in love with them (which you probably will).

THE FABULOUS AS FUCK EXPERIENCE
This is where the magic happens.
We’ll spend a relaxed but properly productive 2–3 hours together across up to 3 locations that reflect you, your business, and all the different hats you wear.
Because let’s be honest…
you’re not just one version of yourself.
With up to 4 outfit changes, we’ll capture the different sides of you — the professional, the relaxed, the fun, the “this is me on a really good day” version.
And don’t worry… this isn’t about rushing around pretending to be someone you’re not.
We take our time.
We adjust as we go.
We work with your energy, not against it.
Hot flush? We pause.
Need a minute? Done.
Not loving something? We switch it up.
Alongside your photos, we’ll also capture some B-roll video — perfect for adding that extra personality to your content and showing people the real you behind the business.
By the end, you won’t just have photos you love…
You’ll feel like yourself again.
You’ll receive your online gallery to choose your favourite 60 images — with the option to add more if you want even more goodness.
